Tech Glitches, Artist Magic & Something Big Tomorrow

A Quick Note About the Talk – and a Thank You

First, a huge thank you to everyone who tried to join my artist talk from Trinidad State College—whether you tuned in live or planned to watch the recording later.

Unfortunately, due to technical issues on the college’s end, the full talk was not recorded as intended. I’m so sorry for any disappointment this caused. These things happen—but that doesn’t make it any less frustrating.

The good news? A few wonderful people in the audience recorded portions of the talk, and I’ve been able to piece together some video to share. It may not be perfect, but it captures the heart of the evening. You can catch some of those snippets by clicking on the video below.

Despite the tech hiccups, the entire experience was unforgettable. The Women’s Work opening reception at the A.R. Mitchell Museum was incredible—I had the chance to meet so many talented artists and kind-hearted people. There’s nothing like talking shop with others who understand the joy, the struggle, and the beauty of creating. Artists truly are my tribe.

And… I have a big announcement coming tomorrow that I can’t wait to share with you. Please stay tuned!

With gratitude,
Leslie Lambert
